Starting Saturday, 14 December, get a unique insight in our new TV program Tussen Goud en Zand. Over four episodes, presenters Laura and Soesja explore Dubai through the eyes of investors, experts, and the Best Luxury Properties team.

Episode 1: An introduction that sets everything in motion

The journey begins when Laura is introduced to the Best Luxury Properties office in Dubai. She gets a behind-the-scenes look at the company and meets the team that guides investors on a daily basis. Guy shows her why so many people are looking to Dubai as an investment destination — and, above all, why he chose to build his future there nearly twenty years ago. He takes Laura to a special, emotional place where his story began.

Episode 2: Roadshow, first impressions, and new investors

Laura travels back to Amsterdam to visit our Roadshow. There, she meets Ineke and Otto, two Dutch investors dreaming of a place in Dubai. Soufiane also shares his journey in search of the right apartment. Back in Dubai, Guy takes her inside the new office, where behind-the-scenes preparations are in full swing. Laura also visits several projects up close, giving her a more realistic view of the market. The episode concludes with a relaxed dinner in Dubai with Laura, Sona, Guy, and Kristel.

Episode 3: Living, residing, and investing in Dubai

In the third episode, we take a deeper dive into daily life in Dubai.
What makes the city so attractive to live in? What changes when you decide to move to Dubai? Ineke and Otto have meanwhile purchased their first apartment and are already exploring a second investment.

At the same time, Soesja heads out with Job, who already owns several investment properties and has chosen to relocate to Dubai. He proudly shows her his new home and takes her and his family along to discover Dubai — its activities and hotspots.

Episode 4: New opportunities, new steps, and a celebratory opening

In the final episode, Soesja joins Guy at the official opening of the new office in Dubai — a major milestone for the team. She also meets Kasper, who is searching for his first investment. Together, they visit an apartment on Dubai Islands, one of the city’s most promising new areas. The episode clearly explains why professional guidance is essential when investing in an international market like Dubai. It concludes on a celebratory note with the official opening of our new office — a moment that symbolizes our growth, ambitions, and future.
